WE CAB TOURS AND SAFARI LTD, a renowned Tanzania safari holiday company. We provide a wide range of safari packages for you to discover the breathtaking landscapes and incredible wildlife of Tanzania. When you book your holiday(s) with WE CAB TOURS AND SAFARI LTD, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on our website or customized to your preferences.
After receiving a 30% deposit of the total cost of the safari package, we will proceed to secure the booking for you. Make sure to settle the remaining balance no later than 45 days before the safari begins. These are the steps to follow when booking your Tanzania safari holiday:
- Select your desired safari package from our website or personalise it to match your preferences. Complete the safari booking forms online and distribute them.
- Our customer service team will verify the availability and provide you with a quote. Our team of experts will collaborate with you to create a customised itinerary for a unique safari experience.
- Make a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation.
- Please settle the outstanding balance no later than 45 days before the safari begins.

You have the option to cancel your booking at any point, as long as you submit a written cancellation within the specified cancellation period. Please be aware that there may be cancellation fees, depending on the timing of your booking cancellation. To safeguard yourself from such a possibility, it is advisable to acquire travel insurance when making your reservation
If you cancel within a specific time period, you might be eligible for a complete refund, depending on the circumstances. However, there are situations where you may only qualify for a partial refund or receive credit for a future booking.
Cancellation charges are a percentage of the total tour price. The following charges will be incurred:
- Between 65 and 54 days prior to your departure, 25% of the total tour costs are due.
- Between 55 and 29 days prior to your departure, 50% of the total tour costs are due.
- Between 30 and 15 days prior to your departure, 75% of the overall tour costs are due.
- Less than 15 minutes before departure, 100% of the costs are due

We will make every effort to accommodate your holiday changes, but we cannot provide a guarantee. Please be aware that any modifications to your schedule may incur extra fees and service charges. Please let us know promptly if you would like to make any changes to your holiday plans. Our team is committed to assisting you in tailoring your schedule to better meet your needs and preferences.
If you find yourself unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances, we empathize with the challenges that can arise. In such situations, we provide the flexibility to reschedule your booking for a different date, year, or person of your choice. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the available options and any required paperwork
Prices are quoted in US dollars. We accept various forms of payment, including telegraphic transfers, cash (in US dollars or the local currency), payment links, or bank cheques. We also accept euros, pounds, and Kenya shillings at the agreed-upon exchange rate at the time.

The package does not include these services. Additional expenses may include travel insurance, visas, meals and drinks not included in the package, personal expenses, gratuities, and optional excursions. We have established policies and procedures to ensure we act positively in the event of a force majeure affecting your safari booking. Our team will work closely with you to find a suitable solution, whether that involves rescheduling your trip, providing a refund, or offering alternative accommodations. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are committed to working with you to minimize any disruptions to your travel plans.
Clients should immediately report any complaints or refund queries regarding any aspect of their holiday to WE CAB TOURS AND SAFARIS LTD, either through their guide, safari manager, or our customer service hotline. We dedicate our team to promptly resolving any issues and ensuring our clients have a positive and satisfying experience.
However, if the problem is not resolved to the client’s satisfaction during the holiday, any further complaint or refund query should be made by the client in writing to our customer service department within 14 days of the end of the holiday. This allows us ample time to investigate the issue thoroughly and provide a suitable resolution. Failure to report within time will forfeit the client’s right to any further claim or refund.
We strongly condemn the collection of any specimen from the natural world. We design our Safari Holiday Packages to explore nature, capture images, and preserve the delicate ecosystem’s balance. We believe in promoting eco-tourism practices that support conservation efforts and protect the environment for future generations to enjoy.
We accept all bookings with the understanding that WE CAB TOURS AND SAFARIS LTD, along with its agents, exclusively represent clients or passengers in all matters related to hotel or lodge accommodations, tours, transport, and other related services. We are not responsible for any injuries, delays, losses, or damages incurred during these arrangements
WE CAB TOURS AND SAFARIS reserve the right to use subcontractors in the provision of services to our clients. We carefully select our subcontractors and require them to meet the same standards of service and professionalism that we hold ourselves to. This ensures that our clients receive the best possible experience during their tours and safaris
While every care is taken to ensure the safety of our clients’s belongings, WE CAB TOURS AND SAFARIS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal items during the tour or safari. We recommend that clients keep valuable items with them at all times and purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses
Prior to departing for Tanzania, you must obtain confirmed onward or return flight tickets. These tickets must show that you will be leaving Tanzania within the time allowed by your visa or permit. Failure to provide proof of onward or return flights may result in denial of entry into Tanzania, and we are not responsible for any costs incurred as a result.
You are responsible for checking in at the correct time for your flight. WE CAB TOURS AND SAFARIS LTD. is not responsible for any missed flights due to late check-ins. It is important to arrive at the airport with ample time to go through security, check-in, and board your flight. If you don’t, they might deny you boarding and force you to pay extra for a rebooked flight.
Prior to departure, you must obtain a passport, visa, health certificate, or other travel documents required for your trip to Tanzania. WE CAB TOURS AND SAFARIS LTD. is not responsible for any denied entry or delays that may occur due to missing or incorrect documentation.
No credit or refund is possible for any unused services included in the basic holiday price, for any lost, mislaid, or destroyed travel documents, or for departing the tour early or before it reaches its final destination.
By signing our booking form, you are agreeing to all of our operations’ conditions and terms. We agree to operate your holiday in the manner stated on our website or on a custom-made trip. We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients, but it is important to understand and adhere to our policies.
Your contract with us and any arising matters are exclusively subject to the courts of the country where the cause of action arises.
