Your safari guide will arrive at your hotel in Arusha in the morning, following a delightful breakfast. As you travel along a smooth asphalt road that meanders through the gently rolling Maasai grasslands, dotted with occasional acacia trees, your journey leads you to Tarangire National Park. As you advance, you’ll encounter numerous Maasai communities, many of whom wear vibrant attire, strolling along the path, cycling, caring for livestock, and operating donkey carts.

Tarangire, renowned for its vast elephant populations, hosts a diverse array of wildlife. Experience the seasonal marshes, savanna, and the vital Tarangire River from the open top of our state-of-the-art safari vehicle. Prepare to encounter an array of animals, such as zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, elephants, and giraffes, among others. We might catch sight of lions chasing their prey or leopards lounging and watching from the branches above. Drive into Tarangire for a full day of wildlife watching after breakfast at the lodge and a packed lunch. On this long day, you will have ample time to reach the locations you couldn’t explore the previous day. This emphasizes the notion that the more ground you traverse, the more you see, and the better the experience will be. Drive to the lodge in the evening, have supper, and enjoy an overnight stay at Maromboi Tented Lodge, which offers mesmerizing views of the plains and magnificent sunsets in the late evenings.

The next leg of your epic safari to Lake Manyara National Park will begin after breakfast. This park is small yet rich in variety. A small salt lake covers about 70% of the park’s area, so the name “Lake Manyara National Park” is appropriate. The park is located 120 kilometers west of Arusha. The soda lake, which floods and dries with the seasons, is home to thousands of flamingos and more than 500 other kinds of birds. As you explore the park, you will encounter monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, elephants, and possibly even lions relaxing in the trees. The park has a wide variety of habitats, from grassy plains to woods teeming with primates to cliffs studded with baobab trees. After another exciting day in the African bush, we’ll go back to our lodgings for the night.

Following a delightful breakfast, we will embark on a drive to Sereneti, navigating through the picturesque hills of Iraq. Prepare to immerse yourself in the vibrant, misty rainforests of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you can encounter baboons, leopards, and majestic elephants. Journey through the breathtaking Ngorongoro Conservation Area, taking in the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, and reach Serengeti National Park around midday. ‘Serengeti,’ one of the largest national parks in Tanzania, features expansive grassland plains, marshes, lakes, savannah, and mountainous terrain. Relish a delightful meal, relax, and get ready for the night following an evening game drive.

The full day will be spent on wildlife drives in Serengeti National Park. Even though the Serengeti is home to a wide variety of animals, including impala, buffalo, crocodiles, and hippopotamuses, the park is perhaps best known for the massive herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest that migrate through it every year. The animals’ travel routes are determined by the rainfall, which varies from year to year, determines the animals’ travel routes.Animals make their annual migration from the northern region’s forests and hills to the southern region’s grassy plains in the months of November and December. During the longer rainy season from April to June, they return to the north. Apart from the migratory herds, we may get the chance to view the resident predators, leopards, cheetahs, and lions, completing their role in the cycle of life. After an incredible day, we’ll go back to your lodging to wind down, eat, and sleep on the boundless plain.

Take a full day to see wildlife after a filling breakfast at the camp. The length of today allows you to visit places you couldn’t before. You have the option to engage in additional activities on this day, such as a hot air balloon. A hot air balloon is one of the most scenic Serengeti activities. Experience the unparalleled view of the Serengeti from above. Animals have left behind paths that humans can’t see from the ground, but you can see them if you go up in the air. For a hot air balloon tour, you need to get a landing spot early in the morning.

The balloon ride usually ends around 10 a.m. with champagne and a bush breakfast. After a hearty breakfast in the bush, your guide will take you on another exciting day of seeing animals in the Serengeti. Once the day concludes, your guide will return you to your carefully selected lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Your adventure from the Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Crater will commence following breakfast. The area surrounding Ngorongoro Crater is likely to provide opportunities to observe the iconic “Big Five” animals: lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard. Formed millions of years ago, this remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Site spans 260 square kilometers and reaches a depth of 600 meters. The crater boasts the highest concentration of wildlife in Tanzania, with an estimated 25,000 animals, making it a prime spot for observing game. Upon entering the crater, you will encounter wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants, and a diverse array of the over 500 bird species that inhabit this remarkable location. By staying alert and quietly observing from the grass, you may be fortunate enough to spot one of these critically endangered black rhinos. After a day of exploring the crater, you will head to your accommodations for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, enjoy snorkeling and swimming with dolphins on the Mnemba Island Tour in Matemwe. This early morning adventure highlights the ocean experiences and dolphins of Zanzibar. You can occasionally spot dolphins in their natural surroundings from just a few feet away. Their excellent interpersonal skills give you a good opportunity to persuade them to join in your activities. While it’s rare to miss out on dolphin sightings, it can happen from time to time.
