Today’s itinerary includes a visit to Prison Island, where you’ll have the opportunity to observe giant tortoises, delve into the island’s rich history, and indulge in some refreshing snorkeling in the pristine waters surrounding the island. Following that, you’ll have the opportunity to discover the lively markets and rich architectural heritage of Stone Town. Today is your last day in Stone Town!

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, you will embark on an exciting Safari Blue day trip to Fumba town. Along with a delicious fish lunch on a beautiful sandbank, you will be able to dive in the clear waters of Menai Bay and explore Kwale Island’s stunning blue lagoon, a natural swimming pool that is perfect for relaxing. Stay the night in Stone Town at the Hotel Verde or a similar place.

Goodbye, Stone Town, and hello, Nungwi!

Right after you check out at 10 a.m., you can go to the beautiful Spice Farm and experience the lively culture of the Masai World Village on your way to Nungwi. Finally, you’ll get to your 5-star hotel, which is right on the beautiful Nungwi Beach. You can relax and enjoy some free time at the hotel for the rest of the afternoon.

I did a 3-days-2-nights trekking with We Cab Tours in Gombe National park. What can I say? Asante sana! The trip was just super perfect! I saw many chimpanzees (it's not guaranteed for sure because as you know how wildlife is sometimes). BUT I did it in the end of March when officially is off-season and I still saw them. The weather was really good too. Juma, the owner and his employees are super nice people. I always felt safe and understood. Moreover everything was on time what is really rare to get - believe me. I would do it with this organization again for sure! And I will do some other trips when I am again in Tanzania

When we booked the "scary ferry" ride to Dar es Salem, we were treated to a complimentary upgrade. We missed the stop in Nairobi where we were supposed to give donations to an orphanage and they made sure to find a reputable one in Zanzibar, and had one of their guides Brendah, translate on our behalf.
